Improve Unisurf 8" Windows 10 Performance

Bought Unisurf 8" a while back, and since upgraded to Windows 10, the performance is getting slower and slower…

Does anyone know how to improve its performance?

OR should I just sell it and buy Nexus 7" instead?

I gave up on the Windows Unisurf as it was basically unusable. Bought a $70 Android Lenovo which is heaps better

    Yes, not going to set the world alight, but fine for Internet browsing, unlike the unisurf. It was about $70

      Is it much responsive than the Unisurf? I'd like to use 7" tablet for reading magazine (such as Zinio)
      
      I find Unisurf multi-touch is appalling; swiping a simple Zinio page took a while…and hit-and-miss too
