$0 for 3 Months of Unlimited Google Play Music & YouTube Red @ Google Play (New Subscribers Only)

1000

Seems to be the same as this deal, just a dollar less (free).
Differs from this deal because this doesn't require a Chromecast.
It mentions Optus Perks customers, but it seems like anyone can simply subscribe.

The deal thumbnail looks like a different page (although clicking it takes me to the right page), but here's the direct URL.
URL: https://play.google.com/music/listen?u=0#/sulp

Not sure if this depends on your ISP or something, but here's a pic of what I see :) Sorry to those that can't see it :\

Access link via mobile if issues arise.

I paid $1 for three months before! I knew I should have held out!

        • @TheClipIt: We can ditto our lives away, but we have lost 3 months and the US have gained 4 months. Time to create an independence for ourselves!

I knew this would happen. I have initiated a ditto revolution.

Should change your username from TheOneWhoKnocks to TheOneWhoDittos

        • @hluu0111: Tread lightly…

  • I swear I read somewhere about people logging out and logging back in to get the three free months. Can't find it now.

  • +1

    Worked for me. Cheers OP.

  • Only got the free month. Oh well, when you upload your music collection isn't that similar to Spotify where you can stream a lot of songs without hàving them on your phone?

  • +1

Cheers op, just loaded up on 3 months free (92 days to be exact)

    • How does it work on some and not on others? Are you with optus?

      • Yes, forgot to mention, it showed a message during signup.

Must be for Optus customers, I am an Optus mobile customer and have logged into my mobile account on this PC.

      • I don't have a single Optus service and it's worked for me. I'm with Telstra for Home Phone and Internet. Really not sure why some people are getting the 30 days. Besides the usual (log out and in, try a different browser, restart your router/PC), I don't have much to recommend.

I got the 3 months offer. Went to link on my phone (Nexus 6P) and it says:
"Nexus customers: get your first 3 months on us, then just $11.99 per month"

  • +1

not sure if only limited to new subscribers only, the account I used had already been thru the 3 month free trial, and this free 3 months popped up for me.

edit: it says optus perks customers for me as well, but i am not an optus perks customer.

  • Can we sign up with a fake email??

  • 3 months worked for me, came up with optus perks customers

  • SO it looks like you need to sign in your Google account first. So I suppose it's sort of targeted.

  • i dont know how but i got 123 days free (4 months). I had previously used a free trial and then canceled. I got prompted to resubscribe and get 4 months free trial. My google play account is a US one.

Google is celebrating fourth of July by offering four months of free subscription for Google Play Music and YouTube Red subscribers. The two services normally cost $9.99 per month combined (you get one with the other), which means you are getting a good $40 worth of discount.

The offer is only available to new subscribers, however, and not for existing ones. Also, it's limited to the US for now.

I got the Optus Perks page as well (Have Optus Broadband, however not sure we signed up for Perks)

I'm assuming there is no need to cancel? Doesn't start billing us?

EDIT: looks like you will have to cancel it within 3 months or you get billed.

  • I've never used any offer, and I'm only offered 30 days.

EDIT: Open it on my phone (OnePlusX, Amaysim) and it offers 3 months for $1
When I follow the link in OP's comment, I'm offered same.

Opened the link on my Nexus 5 and click on start trial. It said 3 months free for Optus perk customers. This phone has a Telstra data pass. Well who cares and now I have 3 months free music of my choice. Thanks to OP.

  • Not on Optus, opened the link on Chrome on my phone and had no issues getting the 3 months :)

  • How have people been able to log out of their account and then get the 3 months?

  • Am I the only person who misread it as redtube?

  • I want to love this because of youtube red but spotify is just better for music.

Triple j hitlist playlist updated by triple j that you can save offline is probably a good enough reason on its own.

  • Only getting 60 days. Is this expired, or am I just not doing it right?
