Got hit with a $50 meU "mobile access fee" after buying groupon plan - help!

Just wondering if this is a legitimate charge or something I should chase. I should have already paid for the first 3 months (it's been 2 now) by using my Groupon voucher and haven't exceeded any limits of the plan. Very confused. Sent a message to the provider just now but was wondering if this happened to anyone else? What even is an access fee? Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

    Was with MeU from the student edge deal. There was a mobile access fee in each of my bills but it was credited each time, like it should for you. Hopefully it's sorted out by now, customer service were pretty helpful when I contacted them.
