Specs are the same on the site - does anyone know if there are any differences / the 2015 macbook air 13" at $1199 is a good deal?
Edit: Answered. No it's not a deal. 2015 is 4GB RAM, 2016 is 8GB
the 2015 model has 4gb ram, the 2016 has 8gb.
check the bottom of the specifications tab on ow.
i'm sure the new model probably has some other speed bumps here and there, but the ram difference is pretty big.

I really want a sub 1k MacBook Air.. seeing those old deals from a few years ago when we were at parity to USD is quite sickening.
I was looking through my emails tonight. I bought my 2013 256gb macbook refurbished for $1148 in 2014. 2 weeks later a 13 inch 256gb was available through a kogan ebay deal for $850. I felt sick.
Not really. I jumped on the 2015 Macbook deal because the price drop and very small differences were worth it.
