Dunno about CrazySales, but I haven't had a massive amount of trouble with TopBuy. Bought about 5 things from them.
One of my orders was cancelled due to an out of stock, but everything was refunded reasonably promptly.
Their communication is pretty poor though, can only contact them by email, they wont phone you nor will they give you a number to phone them.DealsDirect are the biggest company (I'm pretty sure) on that list.
I've had a few orders from all three and generally had no problems e.g. items as described and delivered within a few days of ordering. If you want to read more comments all three have lengthy posts on Whirlpool:

Also bought from Dealsdirect a few times, only ever had one issue, one of my items didn't arrive (bout a month ago). Online customer service fobbed me off a couple of times (just wait a couple more days, in spite of it being 2 weeks overdue), but a complaint email to them rectified the problem overnight (full credit for item and shipping cost).

Crazysales should be fine. Their ripstik-like castor boards could almost be worthy of posing on OzB as a deal, since I suggested to a friend to get one and they since went back and bought another two!
Crazysales websites says pickup is available. I didn’t find pickup option while paying. After paying with paypal, I was returned to their website and was again offered delivery choice – one of them is pickup (from post office). So changed option to pick up, clicked on save button. Contacted their website chat about the purchase item, ROY says item was posted to my address. @$#%@. No contact number no buy from now on.
Tried them all and Ok. Crazysales was my fav. Was actually impressed with the quality of the stuff I got. Definately recommend the workout bench.

Personally, I wouldn't touch TopBuy with a 10foot pole as their inconsistency and poor business practices simply astound me. I've created long-winded posts in the past about them but their rep just up and disappeared on me instead of answering.
You either win with TopBuy or you don't.. and it seems you won't know until, well, you know.
