Android Wear or Fit Device with Maximum Annoyance

Hey, I do oncall for work but Im a heavy sleeper.

Does anyone know of some fit band / android wear which is really loud and vibratey? If I miss calls I could be out of some $$$ so I can spend $100.

My fitbit surge is a strong viabration. I am an industrial electrician and my work place is always loud with ear protection on.

Funily enough i never miss a call i cant answer because of the noise.
