FREE Shipping (No Minimum) Australian-Made Health Products to China @ AZHDD

10
FREESHIP16

Putting in a word for a friend who recently launched this eCommerce website. They are backed by a large pharmacy chain here in Melbourne, and all orders are shipped via air freight from Melbourne, and delivered locally using SF (who have a good reputation for prompt delivery).

A quick comparison with Chemist Warehouse Australian website suggest prices are comparable (Blackmores Cranberry 15,000mg $26.69), sometimes a tad lower (Swisse Chlorophyll Spearmint 500mL $24.99 vs $25.99). It's certainly more competitively priced than TMall and Pharmacy Online.

Combined with Coupon Code "FREESHIP16" (apply at Checkout without quotes) means we pay advertised price only to deliver the goods to China. No extra fees charged for payment or handling.

So no more driving around for an entire afternoon trying to find stock of your great aunt's favourite Aussie-made body wash… You know what I'm talking about lol. All too happy to see an Aussie company offering a sensible service for both local Chinese-Aussies and their Mainland friends.

Aussie customers use English website and PayPal (payment in AUD) to shop: http://azhdd.com
Chinese customers use Chinese website and AliPay (payment in CNY) to shop: http://cn.azhdd.com

  • And what does one do when they live in Australia and the products purchased are delivered free to the PRC?

    • Hey, not sure why they don't deliver to local addresses atm (I'm guessing it's to keep their bricks n mortar store happy). Happy to pass your message on to my friend about offering local delivery service

this is obviously a service for China immigrant to send Australian products back to China for their families..ie Milk powder, supplements etc. Neg me if you guys want to..i've seen a lot of brick and mortar shops popping around Box Hill, Footscray and such..

    • Within 2km of my house, I would say there's 6 places that do this. Even the local milk bar does it!

      • I wished that were the case, unfortunately it's 30 min drive to the nearest store from where I live :-(

Agreed it's not a bad thing but as long as Ozzie companies increase production to meet demand otherwise we r left with scraps and huge price increases

I've got nothing against the practice - good for Australian companies. But I don't see this as a bargain per se.

if the website is available to chinese consumers in china why would this be advertised here?

    • often deals posted here ends up on the chinese equivalent of this site : ozdazhe or something like that..

That's viewed by a lot of chinese users who live in AU so this eventually will make it there..

So, not really a bargain, OP is just advertising.. I'm not a fan.

    • For people who do this for their families and aren't looking to profit from it as a business, I think it's a real "bargain". Let me explain why…

For example sake, let's say I purchase two bottles of Blackmores Cranberry for $26.69. Sometimes I need visit several stores as there are limits per customer per store, or flat out no stock, and this easily chews up half my afternoon driving around. Opportunity cost of taking half the afternoon off (say $150), petrol ($5), shipping ($9), plus Cost of Goods $53.38

Total Expected Cost of DIY = $217.38
Total Cost of using this bargain = $53.38
Savings from this bargain (examples sake) = $164 or 75.44% of Expected Cost

      • Really think you're pushing this explanation! Realistically, the people that send the stuff back to their family, tend to go to the stores WITH their extended family to avoid these "customer limits"

It happens in Coles and Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse, as well as Nike and Adidas when various new shoes come out (except they resell them on gumtree/ebay instead of sending them back to China)

Probably worth pointing out that the deal posting rules specify that deals should be available to Australia…

    • +1

This seems like a grey area. The deal is available for Australians to send "gifts" to China. It's available to Australia, in the way that the products can be purchased, but not available in another way, in that the purchased products aren't available in Australia.

    • My bad if this violates OB rules - mods please remove if so.

  • is this for the guys u see loading up their trolleys with baby formula who then sell it for like x10 the price to people in China?

    • There are no flies on you

    • Not sure if the mark ups are that much, but it's such an incredibly disruptive practice.

Customers from China (or their relatives here on OB) could use this store to avoid getting ripped by the greedy middle men, and the locals can enjoy normal stock levels at our local supermarkets. A win-win I reckon ey

  • Where's the bargain? and where is jv?

    • Who/what is jv?

As mentioned above, I think it's a real "bargain". Let me explain why…

      • I just tell my Chinese friends and families that these "health" products are a big scam and none of them have any significant health benefits and refuse to bring any for them when I visit. Total cost $0.

      • Why you need to take half a day off for just buying these? cant you do it after work or on the weekend?

The price on your website is highly inflated therefore 25% discount is not a bargain to us, may be people in China may be benefit. However I wont trust the Australia Chinese courier company they are too doggy, delay in shipment, custom never clear, long delay etc.

i would prefer DIY or Dont do it.
