Bought one of these recently as I'm going to be travelling and need portable power to take with me and charge on the go via solar.

Not being that electrically minded, I bought the one with the biggest/highest mAh I could find… What does the one I bought give me that a 10000mAh one doesn't ? (except for 190000 more mAh thingies)
It'll mainly be used to recharge devices I carry, phone, tablet, camera batteries etc.
Have I bought the right thing ?
Thoughts ?

EDIT: Also, how can I test that this thing actually isn't just a smaller mAh capacity device in a new case ?
I wonder if it is the same company that made my 512 GB USB flash drive
