return or cancel the order then reorder.. or email them saying you want to return it and buy it again because of the new promotion. Make sure you start being passive then progress to being a bit aggressive - keep emailing them non stop then they might reply.. talk from experience ;)

It can take days sometimes before a sale is "tracked" if CR has been able to track your sale, and longer again before funds are available depending on the retailer.
