An Aldi store near me had one on sale (reduced) but as you have no location in your profile its hard to tell if that will be of use to you.
I was on the same hunt a few years ago. I came across Appliance Sales Direct, and their "Teka" product range. I had never heard of Teka, but some research shows that they are a worldwide product, and their ovens are made in Spain (as are most ovens, it seems). It is quite a prevalent brand there.
I paid $899 for a pyrolytic oven, including delivery (I think delivery is extra now). Their newer model is a bit more: http://www.appliancesalesdirect.com.au/teka-hpl-830-pyrolyti…
They also have ovens which clean with steam: http://www.appliancesalesdirect.com.au/teka-hl-890-hydroclea…At the time, this was by far the cheapest option, everything else being $1,200+. So far so good, our oven is holding up (it is used a fair bit). Heats pretty evenly. Ours was made in Spain, as are certain Bosch models. Only thing to be mindful of is that the interval volume is slightly less (which I think is because of the pyrolytic capability).

The new TEKA pyrolytic ovens are all the larger full capacity ovens now. The range are available from The Good Guys (online), Winning Appliances, Rick Harts, Freedom Kitchens and other select retailers. Now a 5 year warranty also.
Check out the MIRAKOLUS ikea pyrolytic oven. It's about $800 at the moment. 5 Year warranty
Doesn't look like it will happen this financial year…
