Seems Telstra is having issues with its Broadband meter and is not counting any downloads.
Came across it when I was wondering how my usage was going for the last few days and I noticed that the usage meter was always showing any usage.
Chat support confirmed and linked me to the forum post which confirms that users with the effected usage meter are effetely getting quota free usage for broadband customers.

We've been having no end of problems with the Telstra usage meters on our two pre-paid data pass accounts, but disappointingly no free data, as every few days (once it was 11 day period earlier this month) a combined data usage is shown for the whole period, though the remaining data total seems to keep pace. Why a company like Telstra can't show usage for each day every days has got me, it's hardly cutting edge technology for a tech company surely.
