Where to buy Microsoft Windows O/S Software for cheap

Hi, where is the cheapest place to get a legit copy of Microsoft Windows? Any cheap version is fine as long as it is legit, as I am planning to upgrade to Windows 10.

Will need it for fresh install.

    Go back to school so you can get Office, Windows, Adobe Creative Suite etc. for freeee
