No first hand experience … but they're customer service is very good, so I'd tend to believe it.
They've refunded late payment fees and interest charges on several occasions, when I missed a payment due date.
I think this is true for most banks.
But there's probably a limit for how much they're willing to refund. My platinum charge card's annual fee is $1200, so they're probably not willing to refund any.
Highly doubt it - I suppose insurance companies also refund if you don't claim…
