EBC Double H (Front) brake pads for 2007 CBR600RR

Hi,

I have seems quite a number of people recommended the EBC double H brake pad for CBR600RR from the 600RR forum, but I'm not too sure the correct model, I've got a 2007 CBR600RR and looking to change the front pad, just wondering if you guys know the below questions?

1. do I need 2 set of brake pads?
2. which model for front (FA390HH or FA296HH ?)
3. which model for rear?
4. According to EBC official web site, the only EBC double H pads for cbr600rr should have holes on it(http://ebcbrakes.com/product/double-h-superbike-pads/), but the one I found from ebay doesn't seems to have any hole (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/EBC-HH-Double-H-Front-Brake-Pads-…), which should I get?
