It's now after 7PM so haven't been able to contact Optus Billings, so for now curiosity has got the better of me.
First month after a year i go on direct debit with Optus and already been charged for things i've never heard of, has this ever happened to anyone else?
Any know about this so called "Mobile Active" Service?
I did google it one thread came up with others asking the same thing.
