I've had my eye on this for a while, but couldn't justify full price for something that will always be outdated by the Internet. (Does not cover DLC.)
I asked, should be nationwide. Of the three barcodes only one registers a price on their system. (The rightmost barcode.)

Not a lot of stock anywhere. It's a few stores that didn't clear them when they stopped selling them ages ago.
Watergardens has four or five left, not sure about other stores. Have seen them at Highpoint and other local stores though. May have to ask at the electronics counter. Some stores also tuck them away in the books section.
Otherwise, as suggested above, try EB. They're often happy to match based on a receipt.
Sounds good although I did stopped playing this awesome game a few months back.
I've been trying to get back into it on PC, but new DLC means more patching, ends up more work to keep mods up to date. Slowly working through it on Xbox though.
It's a great game so this guide will come in handy.
I mean I forgot how many times I've lost Dogmeat and need to Google the console command to send it back.
