I've been looking into getting a Xiaomi Mi4S recently and have noticed the lack of deals on this particular model. As such, I had a look around at a few different places and found that Aliexpress has the cheapest at $259.99 USD
with an addition $12.34 USD shipping fee.

On the otherhand, Vickmall has theirs for $279.99 USD which seems to include some basic piston headphones, a silicon case + tempered glass as well as free shipping. The thing I'm concerned about it is that I'm not sure what company they use to ship and how long it would take to arrive.

Was wondering if anyone knew anywhere that might be cheaper or have an opinion on which store to chose?
Secondly, I have a 28 degrees credit card on which I have activated shopper's protection but usually pay off my monthly balance and as such, I do not get charged the 0.5% fee. Due to not paying any fees, does this still mean I have shopper's protection? If so, I could probably not worry about the price of the phone and just lodge something under the price protection if the price drops within the next 6 months (which I'm sure it would).
