Just wondering if anyone has ever had any luck ordering items in from Officeworks interstate?
Currently trying to buy a tablet from their Chatswood branch but they won't let me order over the phone. It's also a clearance item so I can't order online. My local store also says they cant get it shipped to them.
Has anyone else out there had any luck?
All stock you order online is dispatched from the warehouse, not from individual stores. That means they won't transfer stock from stores to other stores on a request basis.
Unless you're desperate for the item, you'll need to travel to that store to collect it. The online option is rarely available for clearance items and I've yet to see a clearance item which you can order online. You can call the store and tell them to hold it for 24 hours but that's all they can do.
It's clearance because they want to get rid of it without a fuss
