hi just wondering if anyone associated with cashrewards could get in contact with me as ive had several of my highest transactions not track while most if not all the smaller ones have. any help is much appreciated

If you go to 'Contact Us' at cashrewards website, you will see the 'Cashback Claim' option. Click on "Start My Cashback Claim". You will be asked a series of questions (including date of purchase, store, invoice/order id, spent amt, currency) to initiate a claim. Hope this helps.
Why would you post this here? I am sure you can contact Cash Rewards through their actual website.

I don't like how you just assumed I had never tried contacting them previous to this. I've made contact with them via their website and am hoping (if ever) I get a reply. I know TA has responded fairly quickly to other users who have had issues with CR via OB. Is it such a crime that I created an account to attempt to get in contact with him or anyone else that is associated with CR?

If you don't want to contact them then just do what I do. What sticks, sticks and what doesn't I just leave behind. I'll put it this way, I don't buy things off ebay etc because of the cash rewards bonus. Even if cash rewards didn't exist I still would have made that purchase.
I don't know if CR has made some changes, but all my transactions have been tracked pretty quickly. Used to take ages to get the tracking notification, but now seem to get it within 24h..
FYI, YES I have already tried contacting them prior to making this post via their actual website. I thought because there are people that work for cashrewards who are also apart of this site that it would be easier and/or quicker to get into contact with someone this way.

Ozbargain forums arent part of Cashrewards, please re-read your original post yourself and you should be able to see how it looks like as if you expect this forum to magically have a rep appear out of thin air.
They take around 1-2 business days to respond to your request.Due to being a new member I was unable to message him within 24 hours of creating an account…….

Honestly I wasn't expecting such a response from the users here and apologies if I came across as entitled in my first post. Will deactivate this account and just keep trying to get into contact with CR the old school way ✌🏻
Instead of asking them to get in contact with you, have you at least tried to make contact with them? From memory, if you get in contact with them and provide your purchase invoice, they will add the cashback to your account. I made a query (regarding why certain cashbacks haven't cleared) just 2 days ago and received a reply and favourable outcome within a few hours.
I have not had any issues tracking 99% of my transactions. Cashbacks totaling nearly $100 have all been tracked successfully. However, there have been other members who have reported similar issues like yours.
