Can't access memory storage in OPO via USB?

Hi all,

I'm not sure where I stuffed up my phone along the way, but now I couldn't access the internal storage of my OPO connected via USB.

I could see it's connected to my window 10 PC, as it's showing "A0001" in the list of devices, but I couldn't see any folders when I click it. It's just this PC, it's all the PCs I tried, so the issue must be with the phone. I could see "ADB Interface" under device manager, and that's about it.

I know I should probably ask in XDA forum or something, but I find OzB has the quickest response ;) Help please. Thanks!

    What prompts you get on the phone. Going by my huawei. It asks me what you want to do when plugged into pc. Charge or view photos and/or all files.

    Make sure the phone is unlocked when you plug it into your computer. Then once it's plugged in, swipe down to bring up the menu thing and choose media transfer like xoom said. Should sort you out :)

    It's OK guys, all good now, just gotta change the option from charging only to mtp in developer setting
