See Bethesda tweet. This is great as I bought the Legendary edition a while back and have been looking at playing but really can't be bothered with the mods - looks like I won't have to!

    I purchased the edition with all dlc for my ps3 for $15 new from eb a while ago….. if I can get it on ps4 ill be one happily divorced player.

    Good news for those of us on the PC. This means that Skyrim is ported over to 64-bit technology. And that means that mods are going to be even bigger and better, and you will be able to dedicate even more RAM to Skyrim. It also opens the possibility that Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas will be ported too.

      God I hope thats right for FO3, I have tried all the solutions to get it to run and it keeps on crashing :(

    I think I just have to buy Hearthfire, is it? It should be cheap sometime during now and then.

    Steam mods in the workshop are pretty easy to install and manage.

    Do you think it's worth buying Legendary Edition now to get the Special Edition free on release? Not sure I'll get time to play it much between now and then.
