Looking to get two 2.5kw and 5kw units for our house, any suggestions on getting a bargin? I've gotten a few quotes, and the supplier/installers are doing the units for $100 or so less that Good Guys, plus install.
I saw that I've just missed the 20% @ ebay which would have been great.
I'm wondering if there might be a end financial year deal or something else coming up?

yea, they do come back once or twice a year to coincide with the manufacturer cashback programs. But it seems different manufacturers have their cashback programs at different times of the year, so if there is another 20% ebay sale, you may have to look around to see which manufacturer has their cashback on. I have counted 2 ebay sales during this current fujitsu cashback program. one was in March, and another one that has just finished.
I would suggest you wait for the next 20% off sale. I have bought a few aicons from those sales. I have not found any retailer who would reduce their price to anything close to 20% because their margins are low on aircons. The most I was able to negotiate is 5% off.
