Has anyone tried bowen therapy?
Did it help you? How many sessions did you have? Would you recommend?
How much did it cost you? (I've noticed costs can really vary.)

Thanks for your reply. What do you mean by keep in mind it's a long term treatment?
For me it took 5 initial visits to notice any improvement.
So the appointment was $90?
I've seen quite a few charge over $100 for a 1hr appointment which is alot of money.
Was there anything that made you pick the bowen therapist you tried over others? There just doesn't seem to be a way to compare people. What would I get be getting that's different between someone that charges $60 and someone that charges $145 for an hour. The only thing I've noticed is that some of the ones that are newer to the industry charge a lower price. It would be nice if there was something more than their promotional website in making a choice.
The one I chose was recommended from a friend,there was a cheaper one but he ran it out of his house instead of a dedicated office.

I would not pay $145,as your not getting anything different,the therapy itself doesn't change across providers. The visit is broken up into 10 minute hands on, with breaks in between something about letting the muscles relax before the next manipulation.
A friend recommendation would have been helpful.
I wouldn't be comfortable paying $145 either but like with any profession there are some that are going to be better at it than others its just hard finding that person.

Sure have..excellent results.1 hour each visit $70 less $20 PHI , keep in mind it's a long term treatment.
