I bought a pair of Beats Studio Wireless. I was wondering if anyone can help with getting the headphones to pair. I've read all the forums and watched clips on YouTube. The headphones wont go into pairing mode. I've reset them by holding the power button down and they still wont go into pairing mode- ie the power button flashing. I even downloaded the updater on the Beats website. I plug the headphones into my computer and the program says nothing is connected.
Any suggestion?
I have read on a lot of the forums that a lot of people have trouble pairing them with devices. After a reset they pair straight away.

I tried my ipod touch and my Samsung S5. The headset wont go into pairing mode- ie. the light blinking when you turn it on
Ok, if the headset is not going into pairing mode, then it may be faulty. Did you buy it new? If so, I would take it back and asked for another headphone or refund.
Yes, I got them from Myers. I've already returned one pair for the same issue. They were great with the first return. Looks like I will be calling them again. Thanks for the advise
@koplik8: I would also asked on of the Myer guys to see if they can pair it? Maybe you are doing something different. Its worth a shot.
Do you have anything else paired or connected to the devices?
I have a portable speaker that causes problems with my u connect in my jeep but not only that. When i unpair the device everything is all ok.

This is the seconds pair that don't pair. For almost $400 for headphone it should be easy to work it out
