  On the specs for this battery at Everbuying, it says:

  Cell Capacity: 20000mAh, Rated Capacity: 12580mAh

  and also:

  Capacity Range: Over 10000mAh

  So what's all the different numbers? What's the actual capacity for comparison purposes with other batteries? is it actually only 10000mAh? Or 12580mAh? Or does it live up to the claimed 20000mAh?
