  It does. I have one of these and my laptop fits snuggly inside it. The shoulder strap is padded too which makes it comfortable to carry.

these bags are heavy but nice. particularly the shoulder strap, which made carrying my 3kg laptop bearable ;) it does unfortunately leave marks on your clothing though…
