Hi, I got some earphones click and collected as part of this deal from JB Hi-Fi. I collected the order this afternoon and was content with testing the bluetooth speaker when I got home. about 10 minutes ago, I decided to try the earphones out. It was only when I went to open them that I noticed the shrink wrap had been neatly cut off the bottom side of the box where the opening was. I opened the box and my fears were confirmed when there were no earphones at all in there.
Has anyone been in a situation like this before? I am going to ring them up tomorrow but I really don't know what they are going to say. I don't really have any evidence that there was no earphones in the box when I left the store.
I placed an online order probably 3 months ago for about 10 cameras, one of them was broken and another didnt actually have a camera in the box. i took them both into my local and they were really good, asked if i wanted a refund or to get them exchanged for new ones . Opted for the exchange and i received them the next day in the mail
