Dilemma - 1 bedroom apartment or studio + buffet breakfast

So guys I travel a lot for work mostly middleast and UK. Usually away for 2-3months and then back home for a month or so.
This time around I am going to a new city, work is giving me option of a hotel/apartment (I.e apartment with full kitchen but also fully serviced daily like a hotel)

Dilemma I have option of either a 1 bedroom apartment (lounge, kitchen, Bedroom, bathroom)

Or Studio (bedroom kitchen all in one, bathroom) but buffet breakfast included

What do ozbargainers think I should take ?

I don't eat breakfast much (but getting it free might motivate me more?)
I'll be alone on business trip (bigger 1 bedroom apartment will feel less claustrophobic)

    I stayed in a hotel for about a month once and it wasn't fun. I grew sick of the limited food options and the room after 2 weeks. Thankfully after that month, I was put in a service apartment that had kitchen facilities. Felt better as I had a lounge to watch tv, a kitchen to cook etc.

      Hi both these have a full kitchen it's a fully serviced apartment inside a hotel very common in middleast

    Get a bedroom, studio is way too small.

      Yea I saw the photos online it looks like kitchen is literally inside the bedroom, I thought there'd be atleast a floating partition but nope

    Get bedroom. It means if some one visits they can crash in a diff room.

    I once stayed at the same hotel for 3 weeks straight. Same farking breakfast buffet everyday. I stop going to the buffet on the second week.

    Buffet breakfast is good for a few fat indulgent days but eventually you'll just eat something simple like toast OR cereal OR eggs etc. It's definitely not worth giving up an actual apartment for a studio

    Do you really want to go downstairs for breakfast early every morning? At least in your own one bedroom apartment you can have brekky in your PJs and there is some separation between the eating area and the sleeping area.

    And if it's in the middle east the hotel may not serve bacon?

    Get the apartment, you will get sick of the breakfast very quickly!
