Broke my s7 charger last week. Using one spare one I had from acer tablet but my main concern is since it's not Samsung charger will it affect my phone?
Also if any good deals on Samsung charger then I would really be happy. Was looking on eBay and found some wireless charger. Is it same to get one from eBay?

No it won't affect the phone, the U in USB means universal. They're designed to be used for all different devices.
You can get a new USB cable for less than a dollar.
Wireless chargers are a luxury, are you sure you want one?
