  • Curious. The lowest prices on Ebay atm for 24 month cards are $95, $102, and $102.50. Any reason Wireless1 isn't selling it for $95/102/102.50 given that eBay subsidises that 20% (especially after looking at the price history)? Good price nonetheless.

      • Generally these types of agreements are funded at a percentage, so eBay may cover 50-75% of the discount. The vendor then cops the rest, funded by theor increased exposure aND sales.

      • Sickening, considering ebay + paypal fees. Ebay could and should be coughing all of it up. That's the only way that sellers could be expected to not price-jack.

    • They did have it at $102 prior to this sale. It was at $102 at one point and then went up to $125 and now to $110.

    Can i buy it only for 1 year on this price ? mine is almost expire but i bought it last year for $43 for 1 year. Can't see any deal going on for 1 year anymore.

    Shouldn't be a drama. I won a 12 month subscription in the US over 3 years ago and only activated it in December last year.

        I ordered mine pretty soon after deal went up too. Im guessing they sold way more than they had in stock.

        If its not out by Friday then thats not good enough on their behalf.

  • Still haven't received mine, no replies to eBay contact. Tracking number has no events (not scanned) since last Thursday. Annoyed as my gold expired on the 15th and thought buying something from Australia on the 6th June would guarantee a delivery before then. Absolute poor form, heard great things about Wireless1, first and last order with them.

    • What extreamdavo said. Was told yesterday that a new one was being sent, just checked new number and guess what… Not scanned. Beginning to feel scammed, never mind scanned.

    • FYI, I had the exact same thing. The tracking number was supplied on Thursday and it did not have any details and the item has not arrived. I contacted them via eBay yesterday and today received a reply saying it was sent on Thursday and the item appears lost and they are now sending a new one via express post. I have been given a new tracking number, hopefully that one works later today.

      If the express post item arrives as the promised then I will be happy with their service, they were pretty prompt with getting back to me.

      • I got the same reply. Funny how auspost has lost so many of these specific envelopes and how Wireless1 doesn't even try to chase them up for insurance, instead just blindly shipping another.

        In other words, "Oh crap, we forgot to send it". I'm OK with this - everything has tracking numbers, eBay will be able to see that nothing was sent/received and will allow a resolution in our favour if this is the case.

          I think they have run out, and have been possibly waiting for more stock. And that's fine, but at least be transparent about it. If they had sent me an email saying "hey ran out of stock, should be getting some soon, would you like to wait or would you like a refund" I would be cool with that. Treating us like fools I'm not cool with. Did they think that it would go unnoticed? Now I'm only speculating but let's see how many more of us there is.

          Warehouse1 had issues, likely has affected all suppliers. Communication should be better though.

          I saw this, and the way warehouse 1 are handling this as compared to these guys is night and day difference. They have been honest even to the point of offering two one year codes at cost to them. Let's just hope everyone gets there codes.

      • The replacement they sent because of the "lost" one arrived express post today in the mail and worked fine. Subscription renewed until 2018 successfully.

    I actually cannot believe I had to wait for a code printed on A4 paper… The advert was for a physical branded card, which I figured they'd rather ship than type the codes out, but no, I waited 2 weeks for it to be on an invoice. At least we got them, will test tonight

    • yeah, mine was the same, just printed on an A4 piece of paper. they could have easily emailed the code. But it arrived finally after I prompted them, and was a good price, so cannot complain too much.

  • Still waiting seriously this is getting bad. Have tracking number but not sent apparently. How can you sell a item, send it but not send it lol.
    I recon they scratched out all the codes them selves to sell via email so to save on postage and the ebay cards got left in the dark.
    Would have brought somewhere else for a few dollars more and be able to game online sooner.
    I feel negative comments on eBay coming on….

    We organised for the codes to be sent out the day after they were ordered and we had enough stock to supply everyone. We sent over 150 envelopes in one box with Australia Box, however these were not forwarded on.

    We had to resend these codes and would be major cause for the delay. We are still having issues with some remaining orders, and it has been difficult to track which have and have not been forwarded
    successfully.

    • I guess this box that went missing was found? I received my original tracking number envelope yesterday, that was apparently shipped on 09/06, but was post marked 15/06. It had the same code printed on the invoice.

      • Hi Mark, glad to hear you've received it and apologies for the delay. The one you would of received would of been from our second attempt at delivery as it was from the 15th. The ones from the 9th were mostly all returned to us.
