    I doubted it is OZStock????

    I suspected it may be the large container that can not export to China recently on the news in MEL and then sale is back to us as normally expiry should be 1 year.

      Thanks for your question. We are 100% local store, and our warehouse is located in Silverwater, Sydney. Most of our products will be dispatched next day and delivered within 1 week by couriers. But for those customers who are not living in cities, fast delivery is not guaranteed. That's why we indicated max. 2-3 week waiting time.

        If you are using couriers(i believe you are using Australia Post office e-parcel- which it is not courier), it should cover 99% of Australia Population with 5 business days and Max 2-3 week waiting is not accurate.

        I have experience ordering from you years back when you still offer pick up, I can say that at that time it is good vale for money and now when item with shipping within 2-4 weeks it is clearly not dispatch next day and no pick up available.

        i think what you are doing now is not stocking the item you are selling then you order from a China supplier after the sale is finished then wait for 1-2 weeks after stock arrived then you send it from your Silverwater warehouse.

        I can tell you that people paying for local stock price with 2-4 weeks wait is not reasonable, why I don't buy directly on ebay and it come with way more protection buying from you website.

        Correct me if I am wrong.

          I think as a business you needed to be open and not lie to us.

          2-3 Weeks is too much, why not writing 1 days to three weeks.It is because you had too much complaint about you OZstock style shipping?

          No one will buy from here if you are not clear this.

          I think they can easily sell a carton of 6 for over $300 if the stock are already in China.
          However I don't understand why it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

          Because they are not allow to export these as they may not have export licenses then OZstock try to sell it back to us.

          And yet OZstock refuse to answer questions that I raise against them.

          You see how doggy this is now.

    Going by your post history. I doubt there is a local warehouse as all the posts mention no pick up. Or you may have a local business/warehouse but doubt that products are not local

      no pick up because they do not stock most item at the time of sale , they just order once they know the volume and order from CHINA.

      Will you willing to wait for 1 - 2 weeks for pick up in their warehouse if they should be a "Oz"Stock?

      You wont and then you will complaint that they are not OZstock therefore they stopped the pick up.

      Yes it is safe as you can pay by paypal but you will be expected to be a long wait and may be few phone call needed.

      The worst case is you fire up a paypal case to get the money back.

      You better confirm with them it is Australia stock which made in Australia not China.

    Ordered one package on 6th and arrived on 8th morning. Quick delivery. They also sent me emails about order tracking on 7th. Can't complain.

    BTW, product is made in France.
