    I've had the original Mi Band for almost a year now and lovin' it, always thought that it needed a screen to make it more awesome.

    Was sad when the 1s lost coloured LEDs as honestly I used my original more for notifications than fitness. When it died I didn't bother replacing with a 1s as I wanted those custom notification lights. Hopefully this can do something similar. :)

    Perfect timing, my fitness tracker died this week and now I know what to replace it with.

    Is the heart rate monitor going to be manual similar to the Mi band 1S ?

    Because that was a turn off for me. I'm using the Mi Band 1S now and happy with it but wish the HR was auto instead of going to the app and manually requesting.

    EDIT: Although come to think of it, why can't we have the auto HR function in the current 1S ? I assume it's a FW update.
