Recommend me a Card Reader (USB3)

Hi all - does anyone have any recommendations into a great value but good quality card reader for my PC. Ideally:

• USB3
• Micro SD support would be nice (though SD is fine)
• Under $20 (can take a month to ship from China jd.com etc that's fine)
• Either extremely portable so is easy to plug/unplug regularly, or alternatively internally mounted (e.g. in a floppy disk / CD mount)

Currently having to transfer everything via my laptop which is painful to say the least!
