I got a pretty decent deal on my Forester using Motorbuys.com.au

You pay $20, put in the details (incl what options you want) and dealers from all over your state give you their best price for that exact car. You can view all of the quotes, and select one at the end of the quote period (although you can't see where the dealer is until you pick, which may be an issue for you as all other quotes are deleted/purged at that point). And you get your $20 back if you buy through that quote.
