Hi,
Anyone know of good Buffet deals, I have a group of about 18 to go out for mums 70th Birthday.
She loves buffets, and am looking for deals that fellow Oz Bargainers can share.
Thanks

im paying for at least 6 and the curveball in the equation is 4 of them are kids who would be happy with a bowl of chips and some chicken wings.
You can always negotiate for the place for kids, depending on their age.
18 people lots of places will be interested in your booking.
Take her on a Vivid cruise/restaurant. Sydney tower buffet is pretty special but expensive. Even the Groupon buffets will be expensive for that many people… Does she like pizza… https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/249114

Costco. Unlimited free samples

CHEAPEST!
star buffets are usually really good too
I wouldn't bother with buffets nowadays, they've priced themselves out of the market IMHO; even with a conservative estimate like $30pp x18 = $540…but realistically it's gonna be more like $40pp…that buys you a helluvalotta infinitely better tucker at a lot of good a la carte restaurants in Sydney.
Shinara Grill & Lounge - its Korean BBQ or it may worth a trip to Ashfield RSL all you can eat prawns most nights (there was 2 for Tuesdays last time I went, don't know if still on).

TK Something, all you can eat Korean BBQ ($30pp) is pretty good value / nice experience to have.
It's in Canley Vale (Western Sydney).
Book ahead of time as there aren't many big tables at all (you'll likely be split over 2 larger tables)
Are you paying for everyone?
