any good one for walking?
The only problem I have with them they don't look very nice but other than that I use them for everything. Walking, running, cycling, 180kg squats, 230kg deadlift etc. I prefer stiffer shoes so nano 4.0 was a bit better tbh but I love these for walking. I bought nano pump as well but they feel even softer than nano 5.0 so I'll be using them at work and get another set of 5.0 as a gym shoe…
thanks,
No, the flat sole makes them ideal for a mixed form of exercise that places a heavy emphasis on lifting where the shoes offers stability.
You will find that walking in a running style shoe (where the foot roles forward) would be a better choice. That being said, the Nano's would be more comfortable for a long walk than say a pair of converse (flat sole) so I suppose it really depends on what you mean by walking.
I can't agree. It really depends on what you like. I prefer flat and stiff shoe even for walking and I do walk and run in them almost every day. I can't run/sprint in running shoes and I tried many of them. They are just too soft for me and I have no stability in them.
I got the Nano 4's when Rebel were selling them for $90 last year. I don't do Crossfit but find these series of shoe's excellent for weights and HIIT, they can take a beating! I still wear a proper runner for running though.
Nano 4's are much stiffer than 5.0. I have both and if I do squats or deadlift I always grab my 4.0.
5.0 is more all round shoe. What shoes you have for running?Adidas adizero F50 runner 3

Good shoes. I bought a pair after Christmas last year and they were around the same price.
Not much good for running, but excellent stability for free weights/squats/deadlifts etc
