  To extend upon the above, they're in the same "region" (semantically) as us, in that we also fall under SCE Europe (instead of Asia, strangely), so you shouldn't have any issues obtaining DLC, I assume.

    There's no DLC region restriction on Borderlands PC anyway :) The only thing close to a region restriction is the difference in DLC installers between the German and Worldwide editions (since the German version is censored) but your DLC key will unlock either version so it doesn't make a difference. Just download the version that matches your game and install it.
