Coles Mastercard charged me $0.15 International Transaction Fee for my Vistaprint purchase the other day.
If I ring them up and tell them Vistaprint was an Australian site will they refund me?

It depends where the transaction was processed. There are plenty of Australian websites which process payments in a totally different country miles and miles away. Chances are, given that Vistaprint probably would have their payment systems set up elsewhere other than Australia (it's not that uncommon), it was correct for Coles to charge an International Fee.
It depends on where they process payment. That's how DCD is being charged. I have a forum exclusively about it. I will add Vistaprint to the list.

I have had 2 recent purchases from Vistaprint paid for using Coles MasterCard, one via PayPal and another directly. Both did not incur int'l transaction fee. Sorry it wasn't the case for u OP. If u pursued with Coles MasterCard, the best you get is fee refunded probably not worth your time, but how about having a try with Vistaprint querying their billing process which resulted in you incurring int'l txn fee which you would not expect to pay when shopping on their Australian site? They might offer you merchandise credit if they agreed to some error on their part?
I got a 5$ fee using my coles mc at aliexpress..
So using my boq that doesn't charge international fees
they should if you provide Vistaprint ABN…..atb
