  I know this is just for a cable, but I simply cannot recommend Banggood. I bought some Xiaomi Piston 3 that stopped working (one ear is dead) around 6 months (and messaged them within 7 months)… their response?

  Clearly not true and falsely advertised. Furthermore, now they've rejected my request there is no option for me to point out the comment saying there is a one year warranty and to ask why they're not honouring it. I'll personally never buy from them again and recommend you only do so at your own risk.

    does it say 1 year warranty on banggood page?
    do you still have the packaging? it should say on a bit of paper that came with it coz it does with blitzwolf stuff.
    Maybe try contacct them again and state that there is a 12month warranty and you went it fixed?

    Could try contact Xiaomi directly and complain to them?

      Yeah, it says one year warranty on the banggood webpage (in the questions and comments).

      I sent an email pointing this out and will see if I get anything back.

      I didn't think about contacting Xiaomi directly. I might give that a try if I don't get anywhere with banggood (which would be disappointing).
