For this price it is definitely worth buying just for fun. However, unless you play with friends the game quickly becomes boring and repetitive. I bought it upon release and definitely got my $30 fun or whatever it was I paid for it, so can recommend at this price but just be aware it will become old very quickly.
I've had it for awhile. Wish there was an offline mode. I found a lot of servers where you basically ended up staying fresh everytime you logged in because the admins raised you the moment you logged off. I built camps in the middle of no where far from the roads and resources and sure enough the next time i logged on I was starting from square one.
Great game but it did get tired quickly.
