im having the same issue on my 515 with my htpc. There is a 1sec delay before the htpc responds, i've put the delays on 0 etc. Logitech support didn't know how to solve it either. I think it's an inherit problem with harmony remotes.
I haven't gone back to the original remotes just yet … maybe soon once i get frustrated.
I can vouch for these, i bought one a few months back it is awesome, for me it replaced 5 remotes (ps3 included). It takes a little while to get it all set up properly, but once done it saves a lot of hassle.
+1 on setup time. They are nice remotes, but put aside at least 6hrs for setup if you have a lot of devices (eg. AVR/TV/DVD/CD/HTPC)

ok price. I bought mine from fluidtek for $99. they dropped the price to $85 after I bought it though :(
What is the difference between these and a Harmony One? Really wanted the One, but if this is almost the same I'll go the cheaper option…

Alot of them left at dse parramatta, its separated from the other logitech remotes.
i bought one from macquaire center dse, about 5 left
good price, not sure if it's just mine but when using it I have a delay from when the button on the remote is pressed to action happening on the device. I have even set the delay settings to 0 but it's so bad on my Samsung TV that i've just gone back to using my normal remote.
