I'd like to ask, as I recently bought a brand new phone (HTC 10) on eBay from a guy that had just got the phone from Vodafone, in case if there's anything wrong with my phone, do I still go to Vodafone for repairs?
I don't have a contract with Voda, I'm not even using their service… I do however have the original Voda receipt with the eBay seller's name printed on.
Yes. The phone warranty will still be valid. You will need to get the seller to ask Vodafone for the proof of purchase and send it to you. Save this document so you can claim through a Vodafone store should the need arise.
