        To save people reading the whole thing:
        Skip to the very bottom of the article, where you can compare the 2 drives in a tabular format - Ultra II has better stats that PLUS in every way, except that it uses more power during idle.

        Also:
        "Sandisk has also carefully implemented the nCache technology that it really takes away my fear of data loss when the power goes out at the moment packets are being migrated into the TLC portion. With that said, the upgrade to nCache 2.0 and better controller also position the Ultra II as a much better candidate than the Ultra Plus above in the mid-range SSD market."

    Long time lurker, first time registered user… thanks to the OP for the deal, just purchased the 960GB drive. Was a bit tricky navigating the French site, Google Translate would only translate the first page and then not let me actually add the item to a cart but I stumbled through and got there in the end. $289 all up so slightly more than in the header but negligible. The wait begins!

    Got the 960gb! Thanks for the post!
    Was about to shell out ~$210 for the Samsung evo 500gb, but decided the extra 400gb storage, albeit at a slower speed is worth the extra $80 or so.

    Currently on a crucial bx100 SSD atm, not the fastest but fast enough for me, hopefully this performs just as good.

      Add it to cart and checkout, VAT will be removed in the final step before you pay :)
