I've had the 4820 and the older 4800 and the 4800 was/is much better than this. I bought this thinking it would be better and I ended up returning it as faulty as it was way noisier and tended to choke where the 4800 didn't.
Hopefully they have improved their design since then.
I strongly recommend that this unit not be purchased. I had 2 of them, and both soon after warranty started leaking. My kitchen bench and floor were flooded with water from the unit.

I have an older version of this machine and I have to say it's compact size and good strong yield per shot makes it a great machine.
Prefer it over my last breville bes800.
