    Not really. It shares the name and some elements of the story and it's 'point and click' but that's about it.
    The kids love it (chap. 1) though.

    No, its designed to be driven by a controller. It's not really point and click anymore but its enjoyable. I think its been tamed up a bit to make it kid friendly.

    There are some free remakes of the originals already but they bring it to the KQ5 style graphics.

  Still trying to figure out how I can get the complete edition with epilogue. I purchased episode 1 but steam won't let me buy the full game with the epilogue because of their stupidity.

  My advice is not to download the free first episode if you are seriously interested in buying all of this game, because you will never be able to see the epilogue chapter.

        The video is an interview with the creative director of the game. It's timestamped to start at the relevant part so you don't need to watch the whole thing :P

        Basically describes how the decision to split it into chapters was done early during development.

        Anyway, it was never free until couple days ago. Previous historical low was US$0.99 @ 90% off.

        I'll have to take your word for it, turns out I have it but don't recall ever purchasing it though ..was it in a bundle somewhere? *edit, I apologise! ran a search i my email and I did with Sunless Sea on Dec 29th. Paid 99c for it then.
