Airflex often have a buy one pair get the second half price. Shoes (at least for blokes) are around $150, so you can often buy 2 for $225 either in store or online with free express delivery.
This deal works out marginally cheaper per pair (hah), but means you only need to spend $105 on a single pair, instead of having to buy two pairs at $225 to get the deal price. Express delivery is usually free for orders over $150 but I've just ordered a pair and had free express delivery for a $105 order.
As for the shoes, they aren't too bad. Certainly not Hugo Boss or anything like that, but they're better than Aquila in my opinion. Outer soles are probably what lets them down - the linings and uppers are of decent quality and would last much longer if they had a longer lasting heel/sole. Still, for $35 to resole them in 6 months time or whatever, this is pretty good in my opinion.
I am buying my second pair of Defiant this time round, while last time I ordered Defiant and Descend boot. The Descend boot had either an awkwardly placed, or poorly made, zip as it caught on the hem of my trousers and snagged the stitching which I had to have mended, so I'd suggest having a look at them to see if it's susceptible to the same thing or if they've updated them any.

I'm no buying airflex shoes anymore due to my own experiences… I've had trouble with their longevity. Bought a pair of sandals, the lining unstuck and the soles have cracked. This happened pretty early on when I bought them. I think before that I've had other shoes of theirs with similar quality issues.
