Has anyone else not had their Crocs Cashreward payment come through?
We purchased from them on 7th January, and it was estimated that we would get the approval / payment around the 5th April, but as yet nothing.
Just trying to work out if anyone else is still waiting or if I need to find the receipt and escalate with cashrewards to find out what is happening.
Yeah, it is still pending in DR reward history.
Everything else I have purchased through CR has come through successfully (when I remember to use it anyway), so I don't have any issue with them - just wondering if Crocs in general had been very slow approving the payments.
A lot of sites wait until the PayPal dispute period is over. That could be why.

I think the Crocs return period was 90 days (as the return was expected to be confirmed around April 5th), but it's only $15 so will sit on it for a bit before querying.
I haven't purchased crocs but have noticed lately a lot of tracked purchases are taking longer than 90 days to get the credit
Retailers are learning that Paypal increased the time from 90 to 180.
I haven't purchased anything from Crocs.
Though I am having issues with the system not tracking all purchases, furthermore the credit wait times are ridiculous.
Is it listed on CR's reward history? It could still be pending.
