Groupon purchase still processing

I just made a $14 purchase on my new account that I just made and used the code welcome. the Voucher says processing for the last 15min, don't these vouchers work straight away once paid?

  Groupon usually takes some time (usually for me about 10-15m) but if the payment didn't process properly (check your card) they will remain processing for 12-24hrs and then cancel.
