UBank cuts variable rate by 0.25% p.a.
UBank will reduce all its variable home loan rates by 0.25% p.a.. This will, for example, bring new Owner Occupier P&I loans down to 3.74%p.a. which includes a discount of 0.43% p.a (value offer).
This rate cut means UBank is now offering its lowest ever standard variable rate. These rate changes will be effective from Monday 16 May 2016.
Referrer and referee each receive $30 after referee makes 5 settled card purchases within 30 days.

Generally the negative reviews are from the people who weren't eligible for the loans or who weren't clear cut. If you meet their lending criteria, you'll appreciate the benefits of a very low rate and no fees.
It's not low. I can match that any day of the week
Another option to get interest rate as low as or lower than ubank is to use broker that gives back 100% trailing commission without any fee. cashbackclub.com.au seems to be doing that. If you go with ING with 100% cashback, the effective rate can be lower than ubank.
What is the net rate?
whats their rate with an investment property? How does that compare?
