        Opera "VPN" is a proxy.
        A proxy is not a VPN.

        you are talking about OPERA DESKTOP BROWSER.

        This is a full unlimited VPN service for IOS device… Not through opera browser

        Yes not a browser, the apps just add an VPN setting to your device, Try it and tell me if it a proxy or VPN,

        Anyway i think it got move to forum because they think it a "Freeware app (Opera Mini)" but it a Free Umlimited VPN service. The app just add VPN setting to the device.
